Twelve-year-old Gwinnett boy has prosthesis made to help him play cello

Playing the cello usually takes two hands. But for 12-year-old Christopher Fairchild, it’s a matter of one hand, one prosthetic and a lot of determination.

The challenge for the Duluth resident is he has been missing his right hand since birth, even though it would otherwise be his dominant hand.
