Three Gwinnett schools were among 39 across the state to receive grants from the state for their projects that “deeply engage” students.
The Governor’s Office of Student Achievement awarded Innovation Fund Tiny Grants to Bay Creek Middle, Couch Middle and Sycamore Elementary. The grants are worth between $1,000 and $7,000 and they’re to fund the implementation of an innovative project that solves an existing problem in an inventive way and has the potential to have a large and lasting impact on the academic environment.
