Lynnette Aponte, an outreach specialist at Meadowcreek High School, was named the Latin American Association’s 2018 Inspiration Award recipient, according to a press release sent by Gwinnett County Public Schools Wednesday.

The LAA gives the Inspiration Award to an individual who has adapted, integrated and thrives as a contributing member of their community.
