- Averaged 12.7 points per game at UGA and 1,665 career points put her 10th on the Bulldog’ all-time scoring list.

- Avg. 9.6 pts was third in SEC in steals 3 per game

- Started in 122 pf 131 games
- No. 10 on Georgia's all-time scoring list
- Drafted 12th overall to WNBA

- Played in two U.S. Opens, finishing T-61st in 2004

- 2002 NCAA First-team All-American at Auburn University, where her team finished 2nd in the NCAA Championship in 2002
- Member of Futures Tour, LPGA feeder tour, before entering coaching
- Courtney spent three and a half years as an assistant coach at her alma mater, Auburn University, where she helped coach the Tigers to the 2006 and 2009 SEC Championships and mentored 3 first team All-Americans

- Notre Dame, during first season for the Irish set the freshman rushing record, gaining 786 yards on 185 carries (4.2 average), and breaking a 30-year-old school record
- Led the Irish in rushing in all three seasons
- Recorded the sixth-best single-season rushing total in Notre Dame history as a junior with career-high 1,267 yards on 255 carries and holds career record for most receptions as a running back at Notre Dame
- Ranked 4th All-time for career rushing yards at Notre Dame, 4th in school history to eclipse 1,000 rushing yards in consecutive seasons

- Started and assisted first goal of World Cup win over Mexico
- Played every minute for U.S. in fourth-place finish at 2002 Olympics U.S. National Team Man of the Match twice
- Once in World Cup qualifying win over Mexico
- MLS player since 1998 for Chicago Fire and Kansas City Wizards
- Voted U.S. Soccer Youth Player of the Year in 1998
- Led Parkview to two state titles with 64 career goals
- Helped Panthers to 57-match streak without a loss
- Represented the United States in the 2002 and 2006 World Cups

- Pushed the US to their best-ever Quarterfinal finish in 02' World Cup with an assist in the 2nd Round win over Mexico
- At the 2000 Olympics in Sydney, led the US team in scoring, giving the US its highest finish of 4th Place
- Played 14 years in MLS, playing for the Chicago Fire, Kansas City Wizards, and DC United, finished career with 80 goals, 49 assists in 267 games
- Won an MLS Championship in 98', and 3 US Open Cup Championships in 98', 00', 04'
- Voted US Soccer Youth Player of the Year in 1998
- Voted Georgia High school Soccer Player of the Year in 1995
- Helped Parkview Panthers to a 57-match unbeaten streak, winning two State Titles and scoring 64 career goals
- Retired at end of 2012 season and is currently an assistant coach at DC United
