- Guided Collins Hill HS to 9 state championships: 5 traditional state championships and 4 team dual state championships
- Coached 35 individual state champions
- Named 22-time Region Coach of the Year
- Named Georgia Coach of the Year five times (2002, 2005, 2008, 2009 and 2010)
