Members of the Twin Rivers Middle School Student Leadership Team were honored recently for an outstanding year.

The team earned the Gold Presidential Volunteer Service Award by volunteering more than 1,000 hours at school and in the community from March 1, 2018, through Feb. 28, according to Gwinnett County Public Schools. In addition, 15 students earned either Gold, Silver or Bronze PVSA awards for their volunteer work.
