Three Gwinnett Heat representatives earn ASPIRE Awards

Three Gwinnett Heat representatives were honored at the American Association of Adapted Sports Programs’ ASPIRE Awards on Monday.

The Heat program serves local student-athletes and operates through Gwinnett County Public Schools.

The Junior Varsity Coach of the Year went to the Heat’s Len Boudreaux, while the Heat’s Jeff Jones earned the Gail Hendrick Award for Volunteerism. Retired GCPS athletic director Ed Shaddix was presented with the Eli Wolff Award for Advocacy.
