The shy teenagers who were too afraid to talk to each other two weeks earlier had to be asked to simmer down their conversations on June 21 at the PCOM Georgia Campus.
The high school students — mostly from Meadowcreek and Berkmar — had spent the previous two weeks learning about career opportunities in the medical field. Only a few of them had been acquainted before, but since they’d come together each morning for two weeks for a camp packed with scientific field trips, projects and some basic experiments, they bonded.
