Kara Jones, a 2018 graduate of University of South Carolina Honors College and 2014 graduate of North Gwinnett High School, recently received a Fulbright U.S. Student Program award to Andorra from the U.S. Department of State and the J. William Fulbright Foreign Scholarship Board.
