The act of giving back to the community is one that has driven 87-year-old Jack Frost to become a benefactor to Mill Creek High School.
In the past year, Frost has donated tens of thousands of dollars to the Hoschton area, including money to erect a statue of Mill Creek’s mascot near the football field. His benevolence to the Hoschton-based school began with a request from his neighbor, Colleen Cox, and has now transformed into an annual scholarship for students.
