Meadowcreek High School received a sponsorship from Peach State Federal Credit Union that helped five culinary students make their journey to a national competition this weekend.

The students earned top honors in the 2018 Hospitality Foundation of Georgia ProStart State Championship while their teacher, Chef Simone Byron, won the 2018 ProStart Teacher of the Year honor.
