Gwinnett School of Mathematics, Science and Technology teacher Ben Schepens was looking to make a difference. For more than two decades, Schepens had made a career working in the computer software field, but despite his success, something was missing.
“When I would go home most days after work it was just an average day,” Schepens said. “But when I was mentoring and tutoring people at the company about software, I found out myself to be in a better mood.”
