In the Christmas season of giving, students from Gwinnett County’s GIVE Center East Campus continued a holiday tradition of adopting a child for Christmas.

The idea was born last year during a meeting between Assistant Principal Dan Schuster and a student to discuss a disciplinary matter. Instead of suspending the student, Schuster challenged her to do some form of community service project.
