Gwinnett County Public Schools is hosting its annual Transition Fair for students with disabilities, their families and educators on Saturday.
The event, now in its 13th year, provides information about community services and resources for young people who have disabilities and may need assistance as they transition to adulthood.
Attendees will have the opportunity to meet with local agency representatives to discuss and research the various options available for school-aged students as well as transitional services to post-school activities and employment.
