A decade ago, Ansley Butler couldn’t dream of being a teacher. She was struggling in high school, trying to figure out how to improve her grades.

During those tough times at Duluth High School, Butler found inspiration from a teacher who offered her compassion and guidance. That teacher helped her get on track in the classroom and motivated her to aspire to one day help students as well.
