Duluth High School class of 2019 salutatorian Caitlyn Nazareth was announced as one of 218 recipients of the Stamps Foundation Scholarship.

Nazareth, who plans to attend Georgia Tech and study public policy, was chosen for her academic excellence, leadership experience and exceptional character, according to a press release fro the Stamps Foundation.
