Central Gwinnett students produce promotional video for Georgia Manufacturing Summit

A trio of Central Gwinnett High School students put their video-making skills to the test this semester while also helping the Lawrenceville-based Georgia Manufacturing Alliance promote its upcoming summit in Cobb County.

Nigel McGee, Robert Sima and Jakcob Zelaya, all students in the school’s Fine Arts and Communications Academy, have produced a 60-second video promoting the Georgia Manufacturing Summit. The academy and the alliance have a partnership designed to give students opportunities to produce real world work in the classroom.

The commercial is available on YouTube and highlights the event’s speakers and the presentation of the People of Manufacturing Awards.
