- 3 time Gwinnett County Female Golfer of the Year
- Played on boys and girls high school golf team
- All-SEC, Auburn University
- Played in two U.S. Opens, finishing T-61st in 2004
- Member of 2002 victorious, U.S. Curtis Cup team
- 2002 NCAA First-team All-American at Auburn University, where her team finished 2nd in the NCAA Championship in 2002
- Member of Futures Tour, LPGA feeder tour, before entering coaching
- Courtney spent three and a half years as an assistant coach at her alma mater, Auburn University, where she helped coach the Tigers to the 2006 and 2009 SEC Championships and mentored 3 first team All-Americans
- Current Head Coach at the University of Louisville, former Head Coach at the University of Central Florida
