A national STEM nonprofit recently gave a $20,000 continuation grant to the Meadowcreek Cluster to support its robotics, coding and STEM education.
The grant from FIRST will help “create access to hands-on STEM learning experiences for underrepresented and under-served students in the Meadowcreek Cluster.”
That money will go toward the Meadowcreek Cluster Robotics and Computational Thinking Program, which supports the cluster’s robotic teams. Students in kindergarten through third grade can join the FIRST LEGO League, Jr. robotics team while students in grades four through seven can join the FIRST LEGO League team.
