Gwinnett County Public Schools officially dedicated its newest school, Paul Duke STEM High School Sunday afternoon.
It is the district’s first theme school and principal Jonathon Weatherington said he is excited about how far the school has come since it opened Aug. 6.
“Today is celebration of our success and what we have been able to do with our students in a short period of time,” Weatherington said. “What we have done is impressive and a testament to the hard work of our teachers as well as everyone involved with this.”
