Jackson Electric Membership Corporation recently awarded 10 Gwinnett County middle schools $25,948 in Bright Ideas grant funds for 16 innovative classroom projects.

An independent panel of judges evaluates the applications based on measurable goals and objectives, innovation, student involvement and implementation plans.
