Dr. Robert (Bob) Clarke Memorial Scholarship
Established in 1985, this scholarship was established in honor of Dr. Bob Clarke, a school psychologist in Gwinnett County Public Schools from 1979-1984.

A one-time stipend of $1,500 will be awarded to a GCPS educator seeking to increase their knowledge and skills in the field of school psychology. One or more recipients may be named per year.

Requirements: Applicant must be a GCPS full-time employee with a minimum of one year of experience, in good standing per evaluation process, with letter of endorsement from a supervisor or district administrator, and a willingness to continue employment in the district in a special education capacity.

Applicants may apply or be nominated by a supervisor. Submit letter of interest and endorsement to Director of Psychological Services, Tom Owen, department of special education and psychological services.

Deadline: November 1, 2021. Grant can be used for spring semester tuition.
