COMMUNITY-BASED MENTORING GOLF TOURNAMENT October 12, 2026

• Registration Deadline: September 30, 2026
• Sign-in: 8:00 a.m. with a shotgun start at 9:00 a.m.
• Registration: $160 per individual and $640 per foursome. Includes:
  • Tournament entry
  • Breakfast
  • Longest Drive Contest entry
  • Awards Luncheon
  • Goody Bag
• Location: Bear’s Best Atlanta Golf Club (5342 Aldeburgh Dr, Suwanee, GA 30024)
• Team Details: If you have your own 2, 3, or 4 person team, please enter the other group members’ details/ names in the “Additional Comments” section of the form below.
• Dress Code: Collared shirts required. No denim clothing or metal spike shoes will be allowed on the course. (Rules will be enforced.)
• Weather: The tournament will take place rain or shine, unless weather conditions are are determined to be too hazardous for play.

Proceeds from this tournament will go to support the Community-Based Mentoring Program,  enrichment activities, mentoring initiatives, and scholarship opportunities.

The Gwinnett County Public Schools Foundation Fund, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)(3) charitable organization dedicated to providing financial resources to enrich and enhance education in Gwinnett County Public Schools.
