After a 20 year corporate career Randy shifted his career to nonprofit in 2000. Since then he has enjoyed leadership roles at Habitat for Humanity, American Cancer Society, the United Methodist Children’s Home and President & CEO for the Community Foundation for Northeast Georgia from 2015 to 2022. In late 2022 Randy “career downsized” to become the Chief Strategy & Philanthropy Officer at Rainbow Village. This move allowed Randy to come full circle in his nonprofit career in helping homeless families get back on their feet. Randy and his wife LaNita live in Suwanee, GA. Randy is now the Senior Consultant at Wellspring Nonprofit Resource, Inc.
