Randy Redner

Randy was born in Almira, New York and moved to Atlanta in 1971. He has an undergraduate degree in Marketing from Valdosta State University and an MBA from Mercer University.

After a 20 year corporate career, including positions with Georgia Power and the Mead Corporation, Randy made a shift to nonprofit. In 2000 he became the Executive Director of Habitat for Humanity North Fulton followed in 2005 by a move to the American Cancer Society (ACS). Randy was responsible for the largest Relay For Life event in the world before being promoted to Vice President for Georgia overseeing all operations for ACS.

In early 2015 Randy heard about the retirement of Judy Waters from the Community Foundation for Northeast Georgia (CFNEG). Randy was selected to become just the fifth Director for CFNEG in May of 2015. This position allows Randy to work in his home community, connecting donors to local nonprofits in an effort to strengthen our community.
