Rachel Seabase is an Operations Manager with Atlanta Gas Light, where she leads field operations across Northeastern Georgia, supporting safe, reliable, and efficient natural gas service for more than 195,000 customers across 10 counties. Since joining the Southern Company Gas family at Nicor Gas in Illinois in July 2008, Rachel has built a diverse career spanning emergency response, compliance operations, asset protection, compliance inspection, and contractor management. Her leadership has included implementing industry-leading technologies and driving process improvements that enhance safety, accountability, and customer service. Throughout her career, Rachel has led employee engagement efforts, mentored business partners, supported industry committees, and led large-scale planning efforts for company events and initiatives.

 

Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Organization Administration from Central Michigan University and is a certified Project Management Professional. She currently resides in Gwinnett County with her husband and two children.
