Dan King is a retired King & Spalding partner. He practiced actively for 30 years, including stints in Chicago, New York and Atlanta. He served as the leader of the firm’s Business Litigation Practice Group from 2003 to 2008. Mr. King has significant litigation and trial experience in a wide range of commercial litigation and arbitration matters, specifically focusing on disputes arising from corporate transactions. He currently teaches classes on both international arbitration and business law, and is part of the leadership of the initiative to increase international arbitration in Atlanta.
