Anne Soutter serves as Vice President of Community and Foundation Relations for Primerica. She is also the co-founder, VP and Operations Officer for The Primerica Foundation. During her long tenure with Primerica, she has also served in the Executive and Strategic Marketing Departments for the company.

Anne serves on the Gwinnett County Advisory Board for United Way, the Gwinnett County Public Library Foundation Board, the Citizens Advisory Board for Gwinnett Clean and Beautiful and the Gwinnett County Public School Foundation Board. She is an alumna of Leadership Gwinnett and a Cole Society Leadership Member of United Way.

Education: Public Relations Major – B.A.& M.A. from the School of Journalism and Mass Communication, Drake University; Certificate in Nonprofit Organization Management from the Georgia Center for Nonprofits and member of the Southeastern Council of Foundations.
