The International Newcomer Center (INC) is the first point of contact in Gwinnett County Public Schools for our newly arriving international families with middle and high school students. We are also the hub for language services within the school district. Our mission at the INC is to provide services and support for our students, families, and schools that inspire high levels of learning and engagement.
