COMMUNITY-BASED MENTORING 14TH ANNUAL GOLF TOURNAMENT October 13, 2025

• Registration Deadline: September 30, 2025
• Sign-in: 8:00 a.m. with a shotgun start at 9:00 a.m.
• Registration: $150 per individual and $600 per foursome. Your registration includes tournament entry, breakfast, entry in the Hole-In-One Contest, entry in the Longest Drive Contest, and the Awards Luncheon.
• Early Bird Registration: $150 per individual and $575 per foursome. This deal is good until August 3^rd, 2025!
• Team Details: If you have your own 2, 3, or 4 person team, please enter the other group members’ details/ names in the “Additional Comments” section of the form below.
• Dress Code: Collared shirts required. No denim clothing or metal spike shoes will be allowed on the course. (Rules will be enforced.)
• Weather: The tournament will take place rain or shine, unless Chateau Elan determines that weather conditions are too hazardous for play.
• NEW Putting Contest: Will take place before and during the golf tournament. (Click on gray purchase sponsorship button and select putting contest entry.)

Proceeds from this tournament will go to support both the Community-Based Mentoring Program and Gwinnett Schools Police Explorers’ program,  enrichment activities, mentoring initiatives, and scholarship opportunities.
